Jake Bonds

Jake Bonds has a strong background in land surveying and project management. Jake began their career at Sain Associates, Inc. as a Party Chief before moving up to the role of Assistant Project Manager. In 2013, they joined Schoel as a Project Surveyor and steadily advanced through the ranks, holding positions such as Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Assistant Director of Surveying. Currently, they serve as the Senior Vice President and Director of Land Surveying at Schoel.

Jake Bonds attended Troy University from 2007 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geomatics and Survey Sciences. In addition, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. Jake became a LSIT (Land Surveying Intern) through NCEES in April 2009. Jake then became a Registered Land Surveyor in Tennessee in April 2011. In October 2013, they became a Professional Land Surveyor certified by the Alabama Secretary of State. In April 2012, they obtained the same certification from the Mississippi Board of Licensure for PEPLS. In April 2015, they obtained the Professional Land Surveyor certification from the State of Georgia and became a Professional Surveyor and Mapper certified by the State of Florida in October 2015.
