Vid Kobe

Vid Kobe is a Partner at Schoenherr Attorneys at Law, specializing in Corporate Finance, M&A, Insolvency, and Financial Law since joining the firm in 2007. They have extensive experience advising financial institutions in distressed situations, notably leading a EUR 1 billion restructuring for a significant Slovenian corporate. Vid also achieved prominent roles in cross-border M&A and regularly provides counsel on Slovenian insolvency law and capital markets regulation. They hold an LLM in Corporate and Securities Law from the London School of Economics and are pursuing a law diploma at Univerza v Ljubljani.
