Stephen Anzalone

Stephen Anzalone is an experienced rehabilitation services professional with a robust background in managing therapy departments across various healthcare facilities. Currently serving as the Director of Rehabilitation Services at both Lockport Rehabilitation & Health Care Center and New Roc Nursing and Rehabilitation Center since 2018, Stephen also holds a position as Coordinator of Therapy Services at Schofield Care. Previously, Stephen was the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Absolut Care at Aurora Park from 2012 until 2018, overseeing a comprehensive rehabilitation team within a 320-bed skilled nursing facility. Additionally, Stephen served as Regional Vice President for HealthPro in Central and Western New York, focusing on program development across multiple therapy sites. Stephen holds an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Erie Community College, earned between 1993 and 1996.
