Susan Maxwell currently serves as the Quality and Performance Improvement Manager at Schofield Care, where responsibilities include overseeing software implementations for healthcare programs, providing project management, software training, and post-implementation support. Prior to this role, Susan worked as a Systems Trainer for Lifetime Health Medical Group, developing training materials for Electronic Medical Records and contributing to the implementation of EMR systems. Previous experience includes serving as a Liability Consultant at Fiserv Lending Solutions, managing lease accounts, and various roles in customer service at Prime Communications. Additionally, Susan has extensive nursing experience, having worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Schofield Care, Kimberly Quality Care, and Family Care Services. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Digital Media - Web Design from Niagara County Community College and a Licensed Practical Nursing degree from Erie 1 BOCES.
