Lu Gan

Lu Gan is a clinical development physician and clinical pharmacologist with nearly 20 years of experience in oncology drug development, spanning from discovery to life cycle management. Lu began their medical career as a surgeon at Zhenjiang First People’s Hospital and has since held various roles, including research assistant at Massachusetts General Hospital and clinical pharmacologist at Novartis. Lu has served as a medical lead in early oncology development at X4 Pharmaceuticals and currently holds the position of VP of Oncology Clinical Development at Scholar Rock, where they drive the clinical development of a monoclonal antibody. Lu earned an M.D. from Nanjing Medical University and a Ph.D. from Tufts University School of Medicine.
