Jeloni Shabazz is the Co-Founder and CEO of ScholarComp, a role held since 2024, and founded Stealth Mode (2024–2025) to innovate in the academic enrichment and supplemental education marketplace. They served as Vice President of Operations Planning & Performance at Comcast Business from 2021 to 2024. At AT&T (2013–2014), they held multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Vice President Mobility Operations and Director Technical Alliances, and they managed over $500 million in partnership opportunities and led governance programs realizing over $100 million in benefits. Their education included an Executive MBA in Sustainability and Analytics from MIT Sloan (2019–2022) and an earlier MIT Sloan MBA in Sustainability and Analytics (2006), as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University (1996–2000) and Organizational Leadership training from the New Haven Chamber of Commerce in 2006.
