Scholars Network is a healthcare talent recruitment and loan repayment model that reduces staffing shortages and student debt by connecting universities, students, and employers. We partner with academic institutions and health systems to create sustainable, employer-sponsored loan repayment programs that attract and retain emerging healthcare professionals.

Through strategic partnerships, we align talent development with workforce needs—building healthcare pipelines, reducing financial barriers to entry, and easing operational strain on employers. Our solution supports clinical workforce through educational capacity growth, student success, and long-term staffing stability.

Scholars Network is an initiative of Noodle, a leading strategy and services partner to higher education.
