Cyril Silan

Cyril Silan has extensive experience in the field of information technology, particularly in customer relationship management and business analysis. Currently serving as CRM Application Manager, CRM Solution Architect, and Senior Business Analyst/Developer at Scholastic Book Fairs since July 2011, Cyril has held multiple roles within the company since December 2000. Prior experience includes senior consultant positions at Adecco Group and Apex IT, as well as a role as Sr. Applications Analyst at Scholastic Book Fairs and Sr. Programmer/Analyst at RCG Information Technology. Cyril holds a degree from the University of the Philippines, completed between 1982 and 1986.
