Emily Clement

Emily Clement has over 16 years of experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Executive Editor at Scholastic since February 2007. In this role, Emily oversees editorial product development and content strategy for notable projects, including the Harry Potter and Wizarding World publishing lines. Additionally, Emily has acted as Foreign Rights Manager, where responsibilities included selling foreign rights for Scholastic's catalog in several regions, including Italy, Scandinavia, Israel, the Middle East, and Greece. Prior to joining Scholastic, Emily worked as an Editorial Assistant at Blue Apple Books from September 2005 to February 2007. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Stanford University and completed the Columbia Publishing Course at Columbia University in 2005.
