Gail Ward has extensive experience in executive assistance and multimedia production, currently serving as the EA/Multimedia Content Producer at Scholastic since 2017, where responsibilities include complex calendar management and communication with stakeholders for the SVP/Publisher. Prior to this role, Gail co-hosted the One Tough Muther show on CBS Radio, engaging in candid discussions with successful women. Previous positions include EA/Studio Coordinator at PEPSICO Innovation/Content Studios, where coordination for a large design team was key, and Freelance EA/Project Management at Scholastic Inc., managing video strategies and production. Additional experience encompasses production management for international broadcast events at Genesis Networks, artist development and project management at Artemis Records, oversight of high-level entertainment operations at Levin Management, and artist development at DV8/A&M Records. Gail is an alumna of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Center.
