Joan McElroy

Joan McElroy has significant experience in facilities and asset management, currently serving as Facilities Manager at Scholastic Book Fairs since May 1999, overseeing over 2,000,000 square feet of space across 68 locations in the U.S. Responsibilities include managing transactions and reviewing and executing leases. Prior to this role, Joan worked at AT&T from July 1971 to April 1998 as an Asset Manager, where duties encompassed master plan development, coordination of real estate disciplines, financial oversight of budgets, and management of tenant/client relations. Joan completed education at Pace University from 1973 to 1975.
