Josh Fritts

Josh Fritts is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in DevOps and system engineering. Currently serving as a Principal DevOps Engineer at Scholastic since October 2017, Josh specializes in Openshift, Kubernetes, and Docker, focusing on converting EC2-based deployments to Docker/Kubernetes setups while writing Helm Charts and Dockerfiles. Prior to this, Josh was a Lead R&D Engineer at Liquid Web, where innovative technologies were developed to address complex business needs. Josh's tenure at Rackspace included roles of increasing responsibility as a Linux Systems Engineer, where leadership in container-based offerings was provided and significant security enhancements were implemented. Early career positions included systems administration roles at HRsmart and NeoSpire, and a role as a Flash Developer at Customer Focused Marketing Group. Josh is an alumnus of Dallas College.
