Katie Brickner is an experienced executive editor at Scholastic, overseeing Scholastic Art Magazine and Mary Glasgow Magazines since September 2012. Previously served as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Pentangle Arts from June 2021 to June 2022. Additionally, Katie held the position of Manager of External Relations at the Alliance for Young Artists & Writers from May 2010 to August 2012, and has interned at prestigious institutions such as Martos Gallery and Haunch of Venison. Early experience includes roles such as Arts Festival Coordinator at Mercer County Administration and Curatorial Intern at Morven Museum & Garden. Katie earned an M.A. in Modern Art, Connoisseurship, and the History of the Art Market from Christie's Education and a B.A. in Dance and Art, magna cum laude, from Muhlenberg College.
