Maisha Johnson

Maisha Johnson is an experienced marketing and events professional with a strong background in managing high-profile events and marketing initiatives. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager for Education and Events at Scholastic since January 2022, Maisha previously held roles as an Event Planner at ICE and Senior Event Manager at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, where responsibilities included managing large-scale events and collaborating on rebranding campaigns. Earlier experience at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt also included roles as an Event Specialist, overseeing all aspects of event logistics, and as a Project Manager at Scholastic, where Maisha managed numerous conferences and substantial marketing budgets. Maisha holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Clark Atlanta University.
