Mark Seidenfeld

Mark Seidenfeld has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Scholastic Inc. since June 1995, following a tenure as Counsel at Simon and Schuster from 1991 to 1995. Mark Seidenfeld holds a JD and an MS in Communications from Boston University School of Law, along with a Master's degree in Communications from Boston University. Additionally, Mark Seidenfeld earned a BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and completed secondary education at Stuyvesant High School.
