Ronald Smith has extensive experience in technical services and support, currently serving as the Head of Onboarding & Support at Scholastic since December 2019. Ronald holds a Master of Information Technology degree from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
