Ryan Deguzman

Ryan DeGuzman is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as Digital Marketing Manager at Scholastic since December 2023. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at Bartleby from November 2019 to May 2023, where responsibilities included leading community, influencer, and field marketing efforts for an edtech subscription product while executing omnichannel marketing campaigns. Prior experience includes Program Manager for Campus Field Marketing and Business Development Manager for College Admissions Products at Kaplan Test Prep, where Ryan managed undergraduate campus marketers and developed sales partnerships. Ryan also served as Director of Collegiate Expansion for Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity, significantly increasing the fraternity's chapter count. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Management from Montclair State University and a Project Management certificate from UCNJ Union College.
