Rafi Small is a quantitative researcher and statistician with extensive experience in risk management and portfolio construction. They currently serve as a Senior Risk Quantitative Researcher at Schonfeld, and previously held the position of Vice President at BlackRock, where they contributed to the development of models for multi-alternative and multi-asset portfolios. Rafi has also worked as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard University and as a Quantitative Analyst at EY, specializing in complex securities and derivatives pricing. They earned their Master of Science in Biostatistics from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Haverford College, graduating with high honors.
