Steven Tan

Steven Tan currently serves as the Head of APAC (Core Operations) at Schonfeld since February 2023, overseeing a team responsible for T+1 cash, trade, and position reconciliations across multiple financial systems and collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Steven worked at The Citco Group Limited for nearly 15 years, progressing through several positions, including Senior Vice President, where leadership of a large team focused on servicing hedge funds and client onboarding onto a reconciliation platform was key. Steven's extensive experience in reconciliations spans multiple asset classes, supported by a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Finance and Organizational Behavior & Human Resources from Singapore Management University.
