Building Educators Who Build Schools.

School Builders Lab (SBL) is a leadership accelerator designed to equip educators with the skills, mindset, and systems-thinking needed to run, grow, and transform schools across Africa.

We exist for one reason:
to ensure that educators stop leading by accident and start leading with intention, structure, and strategy.

Far too many teachers step into leadership roles without guidance, navigating operations, HR, finance, student welfare, and culture with little to no preparation. SBL was created to change that narrative.

🌍 What We Do

We provide a 10-week blended fellowship that prepares educators for the business side of education through:

Systems & operations training

HR and people management

School finance & budgeting

Governance, safeguarding & compliance

Technology for learning and management

Admissions, branding & growth

Our approach blends global best practices with African realities, ensuring that every lesson is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable.
