School Connect is dedicated to empowering schools to build strong, sustainable community partnerships that enable every student to thrive. 

Through training, coaching, and collaborative engagement, School Connect equips educators and local leaders to unite around shared goals for student success. At the heart of our mission is our CAFE model (Community and Family Engagement). This proven framework brings schools and their surrounding communities together to identify needs and launch targeted initiatives improving attendance, engagement, and campus resources. 

Each year, School Connect strengthens and inspires our network through programs including the School Connect Summit, Classroom to Career Workshop, Love Our Schools Day, and the Champions of Education Awards. By linking schools with local partners, School Connect ultimately fosters hope, belonging, and opportunity—helping every child build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to succeed in school and beyond.
