Michael Channon

Michael Channon has a diverse range of work experience. Michael started their career as a Regional Coordinator at Red Frogs South Africa from January 2013 to December 2014. Michael then worked at Greenside High School as a Senior Leadership Team & History Teacher from January 2015 to June 2018. Following this, they joined Zen Educate, where they served as an Operations Executive from August 2019 to July 2020 before being promoted to Operations Team Lead from July 2020 to June 2021. Currently, they are working at School Space, first as a Community Manager from October 2021 to November 2022 and then promoted to Senior Operations Manager from November 2022.

Michael Channon completed their education history with the following degrees and fields of study:

1. From 2018 to 2019, they attended SOAS University of London and earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Islamic Societies and Cultures.

2. Between 2017 and 2019, they studied at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, where they obtained a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) with a focus on Senior Phase/FET (Further Education and Training).

3. From 2011 to 2014, they attended the University of the Witwatersrand and received a BA(Hons) degree in History.
