Jen Johnson

Jen Johnson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business optimization, member engagement, and event management. Currently serving as a Business Optimization Specialist at Schooley Mitchell since July 2025, Jen benchmarks and negotiates contracts for businesses on a contingency basis. Concurrently, Jen has been a contractor for the Colorado Restaurant Association & Foundation since July 2021, focusing on training and member retention initiatives. Previously, Jen held key roles at the Colorado Restaurant Association as the Business Development & Engagement Director and Manager, overseeing member engagement and satisfaction. Earlier experience includes leadership positions in community relations at Sunrise Senior Living, meeting management at Mentor Worldwide LLC, corporate communications at the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, and account management at Price Daniel Communications.
