Randall Stott

Randall (Randy) Stott currently serves as a Strategic Partner at Schooley Mitchell and the Head of Organization and Planning at LCI Real Estate, roles held since December 2022 and June 2022, respectively. Additionally, Stott is a Principal at Concinnity Group since August 2021. Prior experience includes leading Organization Planning and Development at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) from April 2010 to August 2021 and founding Uncommon Business Group Consulting, where Stott worked from January 2009 to August 2021. Stott's earlier career features significant roles at Oliver Wyman and Mercer Delta Consulting, as well as a position as Executive Vice-President at Senn-Delaney Leadership. Educational background includes a Master's in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor's in Communications from Brigham Young University.
