Sussan Benjamin

Sussan Benjamin is a dedicated educator and Learning & Development leader currently serving as the Head of Program Operations at Schoolinka, where they design and scale impactful professional development programs for educators across Africa. With over seven years of teaching experience in underserved communities, Sussan transitioned into EdTech and instructional design, driven by a passion for empowering teachers through technology. They have facilitated numerous educational initiatives, reaching thousands of educators and students, particularly focusing on inclusivity and digital literacy. Sussan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and a Diploma in Education, and they actively engage in global collaborations to amplify the voices of African educators.
