Amanda Senator

Amanda Senator has a strong background in education and curriculum development. Amanda began their career as a City Year Corps Member with AmeriCorps in 2007 before transitioning to Teach For America as a 5th grade teacher. Amanda then joined Fairfax County Public Schools as a 6th grade teacher in 2010. From 2011 to 2016, Amanda worked at Center City Public Charter Schools, first as an Academic Dean and later as the Director of Curriculum. Since 2016, they have served as the Managing Director of Content and Training for SchoolKit Group.

Amanda Senator completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at the University of Mary Washington from 2003 to 2007. Amanda then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Education at American University, which they obtained from 2008 to 2010.
