Managing Director Of Program at SchoolKit

Greg Vincent has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Greg is currently serving as the Managing Director of Program for SchoolKit, a position they assumed in 2022. Prior to this, Greg worked as an Education Consultant for GLV Consulting starting from 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they held the role of Chief Schools Officer at Independence Mission Schools, where they successfully implemented an academic strategy resulting in increased student exposure to grade-level work and improved achievement.

Greg has also had a long tenure at TNTP, starting in 2003. During their time there, they served as Vice President and Partner, overseeing a $10M portfolio of client contracts aimed at improving human capital and academic practices in urban school districts. Greg also worked in various roles within TNTP, including serving as a Site Advisor and Site Director for Teaching Fellows Programs, as well as the Director of Recruitment and Training for NY Urban Teachers.

Before their time at TNTP, Greg worked as a Public Outreach Consultant for Helen Neuhaus and Associates in 2002. Greg began their career in education as a Teacher and Department Chair of Mathematics at the Choir Academy of Harlem within the NYC Department of Education from 1998 to 2000.

Greg Vincent obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied between 1994 and 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of City Planning degree in the field of City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies from 2000 to 2002.
