Bill Okun

Bill Okun is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Board Director at SchoolStatus since 2025, and as Executive Chairman and Board Director at Top Hat, Bill has also been a Senior Advisor since 2022 to private equity-backed companies. Bill's previous roles include CEO of Reonomy, which was acquired by Altus Group in 2021, and President of Higher Education at McGraw Hill. Additionally, Bill has served on the boards of multiple organizations including EverTrue and RapidRatings. Bill holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA from Amherst College.
