Ohad Maishar

Ohad Maishar currently serves as VP R&D at Smore since September 2015, focusing on fostering an enjoyable work environment. Prior to this role, Ohad Maishar was R&D Team Leader at Varonis from October 2010 to July 2015, where management of a group of seven developers and oversight of the DatAlert product development took place. Ohad Maishar began at Varonis as a Software Engineer, specializing in MS Exchange and developing several auditing systems for Outlook Web Access and ActiveSync. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at Rafael from September 2006 to November 2009, contributing to the development of a real-time tactical reconnaissance system and departmental infrastructure. Additionally, Ohad Maishar designed the client-side application and participated in server-side architecture at Social Fabrics from May 2008 to June 2009. Ohad Maishar holds a B.Sc in Computer and Software Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, completed in 2006.
