Tal Nagar is currently the Team Lead of Customer Success at SchoolStatus, where responsibilities include collaborating on the Cross-Sell Strategy following the integration of Smore, which was acquired by SchoolStatus. Previously, Tal served as a Senior Customer Success Analyst at both Smore and SchoolStatus, successfully scaling customer success teams and managing a significant portfolio of B2B clients. Early career experiences include roles as a Shift Supervisor at Moked Emun and a Reserves Personnel NCO in the Israeli Defense Forces. Tal holds an M.A. in Conflict Resolution and Negotiations and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Tel Aviv University.
