Niclas Erhardt

Niclas Erhardt has an extensive background in academia and management, beginning with a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University ILR School. Professional experiences include serving as a Visiting Professor at Providence College School of Business and occupying various roles at the University of Maine, including NCAA Faculty Athletic Representative, Associate Professor of Management, Assistant Professor of Management, and Interim Dean of the Maine Business School. Additionally, Niclas has directed the Professional Development Center at the Maine Business School and currently serves as Senior Advisor at SchoolTry and Dean & Professor of Management at Valparaiso University. Niclas also contributes to the Valpo Chamber as a Board Member and has previous experience in Human Resource Management at Novartis and Merck.
