Stefan Bauer

Stefan Bauer has a long and extensive work experience at SCHOTT AG. Stefan started in 1998 as a Scientist Product Technology Coatings and gradually progressed through various roles. Stefan served as Manager Product Technology Coating, Senior Manager Process Development Coatings, Senior Manager Coating, and Head of Key Account Management Quality. From 2013 to 2022, they held the position of Director Global Quality Pharmaceutical Systems. Currently, they work for SCHOTT Pharma as the Director Global Quality, overseeing the Quality Units of their worldwide sites. With more than 400 Quality employees globally, they prioritize patient safety and customer satisfaction.

Stefan Bauer completed their education with a Promotion degree in Physics from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Dipl.-Phys. degree in Physics from the same university, between the years 1988 and 1995.
