Andreas Ganz

Andreas Ganz currently serves as the Head of Digitalization & Business Process Management at SCHOTT, leading the development and implementation of the "Digital Strategy 2028 @BU Lighting & Imaging," focusing on value stream integration and regulatory compliance. Prior to SCHOTT, Andreas Ganz worked at ABB for over 14 years in various leadership roles, including Global Product Line Manager for Smart Manufacturing, where responsibilities spanned R&D, product management, sales, and operations across multiple industries. Earlier experience includes positions at Siemens as Head of Department for Solutions in Process Industries, Global Sales Engineer, and IT-Freelancer, alongside a background in industrial engineering and IT specialization at Daimler AG. Andreas Ganz holds a Diplom in Industrial Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
