Andreas Roemisch

Andreas Roemisch is a seasoned professional in operational excellence and lean management, currently serving as Lean Six Sigma Manager at SCHOTT since April 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Operational Excellence Manager for Lean Manufacturing at REHAU from July 2021 to March 2023, and a distinguished 36-year tenure at Kennametal, where positions included K100 Operational Excellence Manager EMEA, Global OE Segment Leader for Round Tools, and Quality Manager Six Sigma EMEA. Andreas has implemented significant initiatives such as the Toyota Production System and various Six Sigma and variation reduction projects.
