Derek Ye

Derek Ye is the Head of Competence Center Asia and Director of Sales and Business Development at SCHOTT, where they have been leading the regional sales team since 2016. Prior to this role, Derek served as Sales Director at SCHOTT China from 2011 to 2016, successfully driving sales and marketing strategies for Electronic Packaging materials. They began their career as a Business Development Manager at Linde Gas China from 2001 to 2003. Derek holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is currently enrolled in an Executive Development Program at ESMT Berlin. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Material Science & Engineering from Wuhan University of Science and Technology.
