Fatih Dor

Fatih Dor is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR operations, compliance, and personnel development. Currently serving as Human Resources Organizational Execution Team Leader at SCHOTT since February 2017, Fatih Dor leads HR functions across two plants with 750 employees, overseeing payroll, benefits, union relations, and team management. Previous roles include Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Responsible at SCHOTT, as well as Human Resources Specialist at Beks Socks & Seamless Underwear. Fatih Dor is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at Istanbul University, building on a Bachelor of Arts in History from Kırklareli Üniversitesi.
