Felipe Buhr

Felipe Buhr serves as the Head of Operations for the South America Region at SCHOTT Pharma since October 2020, after holding various managerial positions within SCHOTT since 2011, including Plant Manager and Operations Director for Pharmaceutical Packaging. Prior to SCHOTT, Felipe Buhr spent over seven years at WEG, advancing from Industrial Engineer to Production Manager, leading operations in high voltage electric motors and establishing a successful After Sales & Customer Service department. With a solid educational background, including an MBA from FGV and an MBA in Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Felipe Buhr possesses extensive experience in managing production processes, quality systems, and cross-functional teams, primarily focusing on P&L responsibilities and operational excellence.
