Karen Elder has extensive experience in product management and marketing within the glass and ceramics industry. Currently serving as Product Manager for Glass-Ceramics at SCHOTT North America Inc. since March 2006, Karen is dedicated to introducing innovative products for cooking appliances and fireplaces, while closely monitoring technological and design trends. Previously, as Marketing Manager and Global Product Manager for grill products, responsibilities included global market intelligence, marketing strategy, and resource allocation.
