Luciano Marques

Luciano Marques is the Gerente de Qualidade, Segurança e Meio Ambiente at SCHOTT, where they are responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, leading the site’s quality and environmental management team. Previously, they served as Gerente de Qualidade from 2018 to 2019, managing quality indices and leading internal and external audits. Luciano began their career as an Estagiário de Qualidade and has held various engineering roles, including at Michelin, where they oversaw product quality and fabrication processes. They hold an MBA in Integrated Management in QSMS, along with postgraduate degrees in quality management, industrial auditing, and occupational safety engineering.
