Norman Arnold

Norman Arnold has experience working in the field of operational technology and IT applications. Norman worked for SCHOTT as the Head of Operational Technology, where they were responsible for global IT applications and infrastructure in production, plant maintenance, and quality management. Norman also focused on driving digitalization in areas such as machine connectivity, SCADA, MES, CAQ, and data exchange platforms. Additionally, they led teams in automation, application operation, and data science.
