Peter Schneider

Peter Schneider has extensive experience in engineering and education. Currently serving as a member of the Bildungsausschuss at DIHK since April 2021, Peter also holds the position of Leiter Ausbildung at SCHOTT and has been a Vorstandsmitglied at the Industrie-Institut für Lehre und Weiterbildung Mainz eG since February 2020. Prior to these roles, Peter worked at Continental Teves AG & Co. OHG from June 2015 to February 2018, where responsibilities included leading technical expertise for Active Yaw Control and managing worldwide coordination for active safety functions. Career beginnings as a Mechatroniker at KARL MAYER occurred from September 2000 to February 2004. Peter Schneider holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Aschaffenburg.
