Ralf Hänlein

Ralf Hänlein has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Ralf is currently working as a Project Director at SCHOTT Pharma since 2023. Prior to that, they held various positions at SCHOTT from 2007 onwards, including Head of Project Management Office Pharmaceutical Systems and Head of Site Development Pharmaceutical Systems. Before joining SCHOTT, they worked at Siemens as a Senior Project Manager from 2005 to 2006. Ralf also served as the Head of Project Engineering at Hesselmann & Köhler Prozessautomation GmbH from 2000 to 2005. Ralf began their career as a Project Manager and Validation Manager at US Filter Ionpure/Seral from 1996 to 2000. Ralf holds a background as a Projektingenieur/wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter, starting in 1993 at FH Rheinland-Pfalz/TH Bingen.

Ralf Hänlein obtained a degree in Verfahrenstechnik / Biotechnologie from Fachhochschule Rheinland-Pfalz, Abteilung Bingen, during the period of 1989-1993. Ralf graduated with a Dipl. Ing. (FH) qualification.
