Robin Näckel

Robin Näckel is a Lean Six Sigma Manager at SCHOTT, where they lead Kaizen workshops and Six Sigma projects focused on process optimization. With a background in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Engineering, Robin has experience in international environments, including assignments in Malaysia and Italy. Previously, they worked at LAKAL GmbH as a working student in R&D and completed a Leadership Development Program at Avient Corporation. Their education also includes a Bachelor of Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft des Saarlandes.
