Thomas Strasser

Thomas Strasser has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. Thomas currently holds the position of VP HR at SCHOTT Pharma AG & Co. KGaA since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as VP Human Resources for the Business Units Tubing and Pharmaceutical Systems at SCHOTT from 2017. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Head of Talent Management at SCHOTT AG.

From 1992 to 1999, Thomas Strasser attended the University of Konstanz, where they obtained a degree in Organisational Psychology called Diplom-Psychologe. In 1994 to 1995, they also spent an exchange year at the University of Sussex, studying Psychology and Change Management.
