Hervé Damoiseau

Hervé Damoiseau is currently the Mechanical Research and Tools Head at Schréder Group, where they manage a multidisciplinary team focused on engineering, thermo-mechanical simulations, and prototype development for new luminaires. Hervé previously served as the Mechanical Development Manager at RTech and held leadership roles at SONACA S.A., including Deputy Wing Design Head for commercial and business jets. They were also a partner and shareholder at DOUZE Cycles from 2014 to 2020. Hervé earned dual Engineer’s Degrees in Industrial Engineering with great distinction from Institut Gramme and Haute Ecole Mosane d'Enseignement supérieur.
