Schroders RF Limited ( formerly RF Eclipse Limited) is a commercial mortgage financier and was established in 1999. In 2016, Eclipse was acquired by RF Group and has since strengthened the Board, Credit Committee and management. On 30 June 2021, Global Investment Manager Schroders completed a purchase of 50.1% of the business and a Joint Venture- Schroders RF was created. This has further strengthened the company to combine the Real Estate pedigree and experience of the Roberts Group with the global capacity and experience of one of the worlds largest Investment Managers in Schroders.

Loan amounts can range from $0.5m to $30m and can cover construction, development loans, term loans and residual stock loans. Loan tenors range from six months to three years with a maximum LVR of 65%.

RF Group originates from, and is owned by the Andrew Roberts family office
