Caitlin Morris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic growth within the recruitment sector, currently serving as Senior Manager at Schrödinger since June 2016. With a progressive career at the company, Caitlin has held various roles in the Strategic Growth team, overseeing the recruitment process for technical and scientific positions worldwide. In addition to corporate experience, Caitlin co-founded Pitch Her Productions, a non-profit dedicated to advancing women's narratives in film, and has shared expertise as an instructor in web series producing at the New York Film Academy. Caitlin's early career includes roles in theater and television, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre from Otterbein University.
