Duncan Hamish Wright

Duncan Hamish Wright is a seasoned executive in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President and formerly as Vice President of Translational Science at Schrödinger since June 2019. As an Adjunct Associate Professor at New Jersey Medical School, Rutgers University, since October 2013, Duncan contributes to academia in the Department of Pharmacology & Physiology. Prior to Schrödinger, Duncan held various roles at Merck & Co. Inc., including Executive Director of Business Development & Licensing and Director of Business Development & Licensing, focusing on oncology, immuno-oncology, and pharmacology-related technologies. Duncan completed a PhD in Pharmacology & Therapeutics at McGill University and holds a BSc in Life Sciences from Queen's University.
