Hui Wang is a distinguished expert in oncology drug discovery with extensive experience in both academic and industry settings. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Drug Discovery Biology at Schrödinger since September 2021, Hui Wang focuses on various aspects of oncology drug development including translational oncology and in vivo pharmacology. Previously, Hui Wang held the position of Head of OncPharm and Senior Principal Scientist at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, as well as similar roles at GNF and Pfizer, contributing to target identification, drug efficacy studies, and novel tumor model development. With a Ph.D. in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology from The Ohio State University, Hui Wang has a robust background in cancer genetics and signaling pathways, further demonstrated through notable postdoctoral fellowships.
