Rajesh Kumar currently serves as a Senior Director and Lab Head in Protein Science and Structural Biology at Schrödinger since October 2022. Prior to this role, Rajesh Kumar was with Biogen for over seven years, advancing from Senior Scientist leading Small Molecule Target Protein Science to Principal Scientist and ultimately Associate Scientific Director, overseeing the Protein Sciences lab. Earlier experience includes a position as a Faculty Associate at the Department of Biochemistry, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, contributing to the Immune Function Network and the New York Structural Genomics Research Consortium from August 2010 to June 2015. Rajesh Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Physics, with a focus on Biophysics and Structural Biology, from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).
